Addison - Newborn

She has finally made her debut! I have been patiently waiting for little Miss Addison to arrive. I might have been as anxious as her parents - I couldn't wait to photograph this little sweetie. You can see her adorable parents in their maternity shoot here. Addison was so sweet and I loved her funny faces! I also got to meet grandma and great grandma, as we took a 4 generation picture. How awesome is that to have that moment for baby Addison to look upon for years to come. You will get to see little Miss Addison as she grows, as her family was the first to sign up for the "Baby Steps" Program, so although mommy doesn't want her to grow up too fast, I can't wait for our next session together. Until then, here she is!

Lee Family

Meet the Lee Family! I met this adorable family at my current full time job. They are both professors at the University of Illinois, and they noticed the pictures of my daughter on my desk, and one  conversation led to another - and there I was, taking their pictures. Love how that works! They are nothing short than adorable. It was Baby J's first photo shoot, and let me tell you, he's a natural. I hope to get to see him and his adorable sister again very soon! 

Erin and Sam - Married

Erin and Sam were married on June 6, 2009. It was a beautiful day (slightly windy) and the mood in the church was all a buzz. I don't think I saw more laughter and excitement from a group of people. Even when someone had to run home to get some things left, I never saw a moment of concern or doubt in Erin's eyes. This was another wedding that I did not get to meet the bride or groom before the ceremony, as Erin was planning the whole day from TEXAS! But that didn't matter much, because the entire day went off without a hitch. I truly enjoyed working with Erin and Sam, and their entire families. You guys were awesome!
