Shelley and Drew - Family Pictures

It has been a true pleasure to be a part of Shelley and Drew's lives. This is my second time photographing this family (not including their wedding this past March) and I'm so honored that they continue to let me be a part. I love watching their children grow and capturing those moments for them. We did this session at Curtis Orchard - one of my favorite places. With children under the age of 3, you can never be too sure how things are going to go - but lucky for me, they love the camera - as in, love to use my camera. I take a picture, they take a picture. A little bribery never hurts, right?!? :) Check out this adorable family.

Amanda and Travis - Engaged

The best word to describe this couple is: FUN! I truly enjoyed photographing Amanda and Travis - even though it was ridiculously cold outside! From the first time I met with them, I just knew that they fit my ideal wedding couple: fun, spontaneous, relaxed, enjoying life, being in love, and loving to be photographed (well at least Amanda does.) :) Enjoy your sneak peek!

Ashley and Brent - Married

Ashley and Brent were married October 10, 2009 at Coyote Creek Golf Course in Bartonville, IL. It was the first wedding to be held at the Coyote Creek, and what a wedding to have as their first. We started the pictures by loading the entire bridal party and us into a train of golf carts, and making our way around the golf course. Even with the harsh, cold wind, it was so much fun. The bridal party were definitely a bunch of troopers dealing with the coldness for the sake of awesome wedding pictures. I absolutely loved working with Ashley and Brent, and their entire wedding party. This was a great wedding and I'm truly honored to have been a part of their day. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Amy and Clayton - Engaged

Amy and Clayton's engagement session took place at the Riverwalk in Naperville. It was an absolutely gorgeous day and a fabulous location. I truly enjoyed being able to get to know Amy and Clayton, and some of their wedding details as we ventured around the walk for their pictures. These two seemed so in sync, as well as very photogenic. Check out a few of my favorites below!

Lindsey and Stuart - Engaged

I love photographing engagement sessions. Okay - so I pretty much love photographing of all kinds, but there is something special about each session. In an engagement session, it's always so special to be around a couple that are so in love. Lindsey and Stuart were no exception. They were absolutely great to photograph. They laughed and joked around the whole time, and that makes the photo session so much more fun. Mother Nature graced us with some really cold weather before we were all prepared for it, but Lindsey and Stuart did their best to stay warm for pictures sake. See some favorites.
