Babies of 2011

I can not believe it's May already! Wedding season is in full swing now and I have yet to keep my promise of keeping the blog updated with my newest sessions. I do post regularly on my facebook page. If you aren't a fan yet, become one here. To get back on track, here are some of the cutest babies I have been fortunate to photograph this year.

Zoe - such an angelic and beautiful baby.

Jordan - absolutely gorgoeus!! I had the honor of photographing her parent's wedding last year. I absolutely love seeing my bride and groom expanding their family - and it's an absolute honor to be the one to continue photographing their family. :)

Bronson - what a handsome little man! He was great at giving me some awake and sleeping photographs.

Sweet sweet Annelise. Annelise is one of my Baby Steps participants and I am so excited to be able to photograph and show you more of this sweetness as she grows.

Joel - newborn

I love this family! They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I had the honor of photographing Amariah and Marcus' wedding last year, and was so excited when I got word that Amariah was expecting baby Joel this year. He is, by far, one of the cutest little boys I have ever seen- especially rockin' that mohawk. Don't believe me, just check out this adorable family!

Addison - Newborn

She has finally made her debut! I have been patiently waiting for little Miss Addison to arrive. I might have been as anxious as her parents - I couldn't wait to photograph this little sweetie. You can see her adorable parents in their maternity shoot here. Addison was so sweet and I loved her funny faces! I also got to meet grandma and great grandma, as we took a 4 generation picture. How awesome is that to have that moment for baby Addison to look upon for years to come. You will get to see little Miss Addison as she grows, as her family was the first to sign up for the "Baby Steps" Program, so although mommy doesn't want her to grow up too fast, I can't wait for our next session together. Until then, here she is!

Raena Grace - Newborn

Meet Baby Raena! An adorable little cutie - from head to her long, ol' toes. :) She is family - so I knew she was going to be adorable. :) Raena is the first girl for my cousin, Kasi. I got to spend an evening with the family last week and I was told that Raena had been a complete angel since she was born - that was until I arrived. Raena was just a little fussy for the start of our photo session. I softly told her she was going to give me a complex - since everyone kept saying she had been perfect until this night. Now, I'm going to chalk it up to a little baby gas and not because she didn't want to me to take her pictures. :)


After a little snack, she was absolutely perfect. She has the most adorable little butt that she often pushed into the air, making me giggle. She was a little worm - already trying to crawl in the basket I was attempting to photograph her in. But in the end, she stole my heart and even brought me to tears while editing her pictures. The sweet innocence just fills my heart! I love her! See her in all her preciousness below.


I love this pose. I have one of my daughter in the same one, and it is one of my absolute favorites of her!

She is so mad, but I think it's so cute.

This was the very first image I took - poor baby was so upset, but there is something about the raw emotion that catches me.
